ENTERPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Various Entrepreneurship Development Programs were organized regularly by Various Government Agencies in E-max. They aims at training the E-max graduates and the diploma holders in the essentials of conceiving, planning, initiating and launching an economic activity or an enterprise successfully. The programme content includes class room training on essentials of entrepreneurship survey of the prevalent socio - economic scenario, identification of business opportunities, role and function as well as schemes of assistance offered by various constituents of the support system, preparation of a technically feasible and economically viable project report, Achievement Motivation Training and also the nuances of management of an enterprise. Sessions on technology and finance are also arranged, depending upon the nature of project selected.

Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation (HARTRON) ERDC Campus has recently organized a Technology based Entrepreneurship Development Programme (TEDP) programme at E-Max Group of Institutions. Sh. S.S. Solanki AGM HARTRON was chief guest on the occasion. A Technology Based EDP primarily focuses on training and development need of S&T entrepreneurs in a specific technology area. The participants are provided with hands-on training in indigenous technologies developed by R&D institutions that are available for commercial exploitation. Sh. S.S.Solanki Assistant General Manager HARTRON told that HARTRON had been conducting TEDP in the state of Haryana for last two and half decades. Being a technical organization, HARTRON has emphatically conducted these technology based courses.

Sh.D.S.Kajal Principal Investigator TEDP Programme highlighted the contribution of TEDP programme in developing the entrepreneurship in state of Haryana. Sh. Kajal told that many successful entrepreneurs had come into market due to TEDP market. He further told that to make TEDP more relevant to technical manpower; the training programmes had been planned in technical institutes directly.
